How to Create your Pedagogical Safe Space in TESL

By CSSH Teachers - Elementary

For change to occur, it is not enough to impose; we must live it together, not alone in our ESL classroom. Every collaborator must have their voice in this innovative approach. Experimentation is at the heart of this process. Our approach serves to co-construct this transformation and calls on collective intelligence to achieve those results:

  • Binding pedagogigal and evaluation practices in an ESL classroom

  • Working in collaboration

  • Giving meaning to ESL learning

  • Supporting new ESL teachers

  • Developping organizational tools

If you wish to add collective intelligence in your ESL teamwork, come see us.
