Registration

SPEAQ on Campus 2024
March 15 - UQAT


Registration includes lunch and 1-year SPEAQ membership.
A separate membership payment is NOT required.

If you registered and paid for the SPEAQ Annual Convention on November 10-11 (Laval), you have a current SPEAQ membership. In this case, you are eligible for the reduced rate ticket. Registrations will be verified.

Upon completion of the registration form, you will receive an email confirmation along with a receipt/invoice (check your inbox and junk/spam folder).  If you do not receive an email, contact the SPEAQ office at speaqform@gmail.com to have your registration verified. 


PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Credit Card method of payment (using Stripe, secured credit card payment platform).

  • Registration onsite (on the day of the event) is not possible. 


CANCELLATION POLICY, REFUNDS AND REGISTRATION TRANSFERS:

    • Cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than March 11, 2024 and emailed to speaqform@gmail.com

    • All cancellations incur an administrative fee of $5.00 and is non-refundable.

    • Reimbursements cannot be issued for any cancellation requests received after March 11, 2024

    • Registration transfers are possible.
